Shipping Options

We partner with DHL Express to handle our deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of the package. We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders totaling $49 or more. For orders below $49, a nominal fee of $4.99 will be charged for shipping.

Processing and Transit Times

The deadline for orders is every weekday at 5 pm (PST). Any orders received after 5 pm (PST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday, taking into account any holiday delays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order, during which we carefully prepare and package your items for shipment. The expected delivery window is 2-5 business days from the processing date, although delivery times may vary depending on your specific location within the United States.

Should your order not ship within 10 business days (excluding pre-order items or other special conditions), please reach out to us at info@gearsteadyboat.com. We will facilitate a refund or reshipment and offer you a $5 coupon as compensation.

Tracking Your Order

For updates on your shipping details, contact our online customer support team, and we will respond within 24 hours.

If your order has been shipped but fails to arrive within 60 natural days of processing, please inform us at info@gearsteadyboat.com. In such circumstances, we will arrange a refund or reshipment and provide a $3 coupon as compensation.
