Refund instruction

Should you require a refund, we will credit the amount back to your original mode of payment upon approval of your request. Keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. We aim to process refunds within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment provider. For any delays, please reach out to us at info@gearsteadyboat.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Beyond that, the order is in processing and cannot be stopped. We respond to cancellation requests within one business day. If a cancellation isn’t possible and you no longer want the item, you are welcome to return it according to our returns instructions upon receipt.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@gearsteadyboat.com for confirmation of the return steps. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect items), we may ask for video or photographic proof to assist with the return. Please keep this evidence until the process is complete. After we confirm the issue, we will proceed with reshipping or refunding within 1-2 business days. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you have not informed us beforehand.

General Returns

Items returned due to general dissatisfaction must be in new condition, with the original packaging intact, and will not be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs, however, must be covered by you.

Return Inspection

Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the reason for return and the condition of the returned product upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The item will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for the return shipping.
